BMC – Bulk Molding Compound
BMC is a thermoset plastic made up of a polymer resin, various inert fillers, fiber reinforcement, catalysts, stabilizers, and pigments that form a viscous, 'playdough like' compound for molding. BMC is highly filled and reinforced with short fibers. Glass reinforcement represents between 5% to 30%, with glass length typically between 1/8" and 1/2".
Depending on the end-use application, compounds are formulated to achieve tight dimensional control, flame resistance, high dielectric strength, corrosion and stain resistance and color stability. Its excellent flow characteristics make BMC well suited to a wide variety of applications requiring precision in detail and dimensions.
There are two kinds of BMC material in our portfolio. Wet and dry BMC.
WET BMC
• it can suit to high precision molding part even If the figure has the larger thickness difference.
• it can mold together with inserts, like metal, glass, ceramic…etc.
• Good Pigmentation and low profile.
• Good stand to high moisture and heat, good creep resistance and low linear expansion coefficient.
• Good mechanical strength and electrical property.
• The HDT(Heat Deformation Temperature) can stand over to 200℃.
• Good flame resistance can meet to L-94 standard.

DRY BMC
Dry molding compounds pellet can be widely applied in the injection products such as electronics, automobile parts, and household electric appliances.
Halogen Free F.R. Material
UL94V-0 grade Unsaturated polyester(UP) molding compound
UL94V-0 grade Diallyl Phthalate(DAP) molding compound
Feature
Good flame resistance（UL 94V-0）, non-halogen compounds.
Good electric and heat resistance , H.D.T＞250℃.
Low shrinkage, good mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
Dry pellet, without dust and good processing for injection.

Standard colors: Black, red, green, white, blue (it can be changed by order)
